Jenna Norvell is the Nonprofit Director of Voices for Children of Okeechobee and the Treasure Coast. She has 6+ years of experience in Nonprofit Development, volunteer recruitment, management of special events and donor relations.
Jenna was born and raised in Texas. She moved to Florida for her Undergraduate Studies. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work at UCF in 2008. Jenna is currently pursuing her Masters of Nonprofit Management through the University of Central Florida.
Jenna currently resides in Fort Pierce with her husband and son. Her family enjoys traveling and playing golf.
Jenna loves giving back to her community, and she is currently involved with the Port Saint Lucie Business Women group, the Royal Palms of St Lucie County, and on the Community Board of Seacoast Bank.
Born and raised in Florida, Tiffiany has dedicated over a decade to serving her community and country. Dual certified in corrections and law enforcement, she has built a robust career marked by commitment and integrity. In addition to her law enforcement experience, Tiffiany proudly served as an officer in the United States Army, exemplifying her dedication to service.
Currently, she works for the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office in the Juvenile Services Unit, where she focuses on guiding and supporting at-risk youth. A devoted mother of four boys, three of whom have followed in her footsteps by serving in the military, Tiffiany embodies the values of service and leadership. Her life reflects a deep commitment to both family and community, inspiring the next generation while honoring her own dedication to making a difference.
Terence joins the board bringing over 20 years of digital marketing and business development experience. Currently, he is Executive Chairman & Principal at NewLead, a digital marketing and technology development firm.
Previous professional experience includes technology, marketing and executive leadership roles at Saltmines Group, Bridgevine and Atlantic Synergy. Terence has been a volunteer at the YMCA of the Treasure Coast and contributes his time and abilities to other organizations and causes.
Terence’s board & governance experience includes elected roles at the Pelican Yacht Club, including positions as the club’s Secretary and Rear Commodore; the finance committee at Stockton Village Homeowners Association and publicly traded Atlantic Synergy. He also serves as an advisor, board member and investor in several consumer-facing technology start-up companies and global management consulting firms. He holds the Directorship Certified Credential from the National Association of Corporate Directors and is a member of the Private Directors Association.
Terence is near lifelong resident of St. Lucie County, Florida. He holds a B.A. degree in Religious Studies from Stetson University and participated in the school’s Roland George Investments Program and the Prince Entrepreneurship Program.
John Lendman is retired from a career in Computers for 38 years. He is very active in charities for children. He joined Voices for the children this year and looks forward to helping in what ever comes up.
Joseph joined the board in 2023 with over 25 years’ experience in the banking industry. Currently he is Vice President and Branch Manager of Seacoast Bank’s Gatlin branch.
Tera Krueger is a dynamic Marketing Coordinator at C&W Technologies, where she leverages her expertise to drive impactful marketing strategies. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, Tera excels in creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience. Her strategic approach to marketing initiatives helps C&W Technologies stay ahead in a competitive industry landscape. In her free time, Tera loves cooking, traveling, and volunteering in her local community.
